This material, a two parts EP, built around the theme of the famous witch has been written, recorded and mixed by Pierre Maury during the summer 2009 for his solo ambient side-project : 'SCAPHANDRE'. With its ambient atmospheres and the delicate adds of classical instruments, this masterpiece represents a brilliant brand new chapter of his exploration of Ambient. The artwork of the CD has been made out of the tremendous work of the English Pre-Raphaelite painter John William Waterhouse : ‘Circe Offering the Cup to Odysseus’.
